I use it as a bedside night light. Small size and moon mode makes it perfect for what i need. Headband fits fine but I am not using it at this time. I have no complaints.

Bought this on a recent clearance with the nichia emitters.
Very well made light, nice switch, great beam, great color, headband is good, clip is good.
my only complaint is.. after double click to turbo, a single click proceeds through the strobe modes. these are unneccessary or should be hidden better (more clicks to start these)
long press for off is so-so.. not great, I always prefer hold to change modes and single click for off.
still, very nice light, hope they will update it.

I can’t imagine there being a better value for the price. UI is a little challenging at first but the output is great and a beautiful tint.

Nice, compact headlamp for general use

While I have a heavy duty headlamp, this one is much lighter and more compact for general use. It will reside in my motorcycle tank bag.
Wish it had a "moonlight" setting of only 0.5 - 1 lumen or so...
The light itself is well made, easy to use, and operates on a single AAA battery, available anywhere.
On balance, a nice little product; recommended.

So I haven't used it much yet, but the general quality is pretty obvious.
As is the simple to use complexity of the interface.
The lamp itself is also good looking, especially the red one.
It's compact and has nicely rounded edges. The button works with a soft but distinctive click. The beam is ok, with a defined hotspot and wide spill.
I would have liked a slightly softer edge on the hotspot, but it isn't very noticeable in the low lumens of such a small light.
The spacing of the brightness modes are really nice, and having a turbo mode of 180 lumens on a AAA powered lamp with the light quality of a >90 CRI Nichia 219C is great. It's not something that can be run for many minutes of course, but it really makes a difference when the need arises to see the whole picture.
The headband is a nice quality, pretty firm, looks good enough and tightens well at need. The rubber mount is functional, it grips the lamp well and keeps it in place. It's reasonably comfortable against my forehead for short periods, but the ends can start pressing in a bit after a while.
All in all I think that it is a lot of good light in a very manageable size and at a very matching price.
